These guys are great to work with. Trevor came out, looked over our home, assessed our situation and explained his process and guarantee that he gives his clients and gave us a quote. We signed the contract and today he came back and started the process to get the bats out of our attic and keep them from finding a new way back in. He is personable, courteous and professional and I highly recommend you call him if you have a bat problem in your home. I couldn't be happier with the service today!

Jim at Austin's is great. He came, saw and put up one way escapes for the bats. Then a month later came and cleaned up all guano, removed all insulation, disinfected,, and patched all opening, and then put in all new insulation. Very professional work. Yesterday we heard scratching and called Jim right away. Well the "Bat Man" came...he found 1 bat and caught him..Then checked the whole house and found one small hole that might have been how the little critter got in...He fixed it and now we are hoping that is it...Jim is a great guy and since doing the removal, last June, he will come back anytime for FREE for the next 7 years (per contract)...Austin's Professional Bat Removal Service is the best ! Very reasonable prices too! If I could give 10 STARS I would!
